Private Commissions

Montrose undertakes private commissions to search for, acquire and improve a property on behalf of private individuals or family offices.

The aim is to create a unique property for an owner that has been designed bespoke to their needs and wishes. This entails producing concept designs, securing planning permissions, managing construction to agreed budgets and timescales and specialist finishing.

In comparison to our principal investments, private commissions allow the client to control the project and draw upon our expert advice as desired.
